PORTABLE RAMAN SPECTROMETERS FROM RSP SYSTEMS
RSP Systems is an innovative Danish R&D company specializing in Raman Spectroscopy. RSP Systems was founded in early 2006 on the basis of a new and improved optical measuring method that enables the removing of fluorescence from the Raman signal.
The most innovative feature of the mySpec® Integrated system is its double slit spectrometer. This allows use of Shifted Subtracted Raman Spectroscopy (SSRS) for removing fluorescence from the spetra. Unlike the traditional SSRS method (consisting of two lasers for exicatation, or a one laser system with a moveable grating) the setup in the mySpec® Integrated is based on one laser and one spectrometer with a double channel entrance. Another important feature is the price. The system is very competitively priced compared to other Raman systems. By eliminating problems of sample fluorescence may difficult to measure samples are able to be analysed.
